Want to upgrade MOBO to a full ATX, FAN and PSU

Hi I'm new to building pc's and have only done it once. Currently I want to upgrade my current setup by changing my mother board to support more fans that i can control.

Currently using a Asus H81M-E mobo. I want to know what is a good mobo to use for gaming at around 120 USD that is a full ATX (I'm from the Philippines so I'm converting  so this is rough estimate).

Also what recommended fans to use and PSU.

Current Specs:

Processor: Intel I5-4670

Ram: HyperX HX316C10F/8

Video Card: Nvidia GTX950

Storage: 1 SDD, 2 HDD

Optical Drive: DVD r/w

Case: Raidmax Super Atlas (front contains 1 usb 3 and 2, Front back side and top fans can be mounted)

Fans: Standard CPU fan by intel, Fan that came with the Atlas

OS: Currently windows 7 but planning to upgrade to windows 10

Monitor: Currently plug to a TV, for watching, and my HP monitor, used when playing, from my old unit (Forgot the model but it is old around 2008 when I had it)

You don't need to buy a brand new motherboard just for fan headers, you can get fan splitters or fan hubs that will do the job just as well or better.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W

Just get a fan hub, don't spend money on a new mobo when your processor is still very relevant.
