Windows 10 Mouse Glitch?

Hello,

This is hard to explain the issue I'm having with my mouse icon.

Recently I started using Windows 10 when the mouse's icon (default)  sometimes changes to up/down icon (i don't know the name for it), and it stays there.

Has anyone has this issue and have a solution to fix it?

yeah i could, but right now its back to normal again, and if that happens i'll post a screenshot
