Noticed something odd while scrolling

I was scrolling through the forums when I noticed that sometimes when I scroll down there's a slight tinge of green, but it disappears promptly after stopping

It's gone now actually, idk why. Thanks for the help though, maybe I was just looking at it in a weird light
