any FULL HD monitor, with cheap price

same as my topic title, is there any cheap monitor, no matter the size (19", 21", etc) that support full HD and cheap price? i was looking from sony / lg if possible.. or any other brand as long its cheap :P

and if i want a 1440p resolution, no matter the size of screen, with cheapest price, what can i pick? just the cheapest of cheapest
