I can't take out my motherboard.

I took out every screws, and I disconnected all cables. The motherboard still feels like is screwed to the case, it won't move a single bit no matter how much force I use.

Just a warning, don't use too much force on it, motherboards can be fragile.

Bottom left near the SATA headers, theres still a screw.

Edit - looks like there still two actually, one to the right, one above the sata's.

What computer case are you using?

Some of the (especially the newer ones) have a centering stand-off, and it can hold the motherboard down fairly tight.

Right off the top of my head, the NZXT S340 has one of these so-called centering stand-off's.

 

The rear I/O shield will also sometimes bind up the motherboard a little bit.

You need to lift the motherboard up from the 24-pin connector side (to get an angle), and pull up and away toward the front of the computer case.

In some cases, you will need to pull up from the 24-pin side and push the motherboard back towards the rear I/O first, before pulling up and away.

Top left kinda looks like it has a screw, bottom right definitely looks like it still has one in there, maybe the head is threaded?

I'm using a Cooler Master N200. I' afraid using more force, because I can hear cracking sound when I lift the from motherboard power.

That cracking sound isn't a good sign at all.

This is a special design from GYGABITE mobo, the case does not actually have a stand off for that.

What motherboard is it?

My gigabyte one doesnt have anything that looks like that where the standoff holes are.

Oh after looking at your motherboard online, they are standoff holes, so theres something stuck in there that shouldn't be.

I had the same issue once, then the pc hade been the same way for a couple of years. just had to yank a little bit and it come loose had gotten stuck to standoffs.

or it could be something worse. "crackling sound" is a bit vague to come up with an answer

It's only slightly, it's from the mobo, I have that even when I was installing it, does not seem like a big problem, but I don't want to go beyond that.

I would slowly and gently pull up and away from the IO shield by holding the power connector side of the mobo. You may have to pus slightly towards the IO shield to get things to release. If the board is flexing excessively, you should be able to figure out what part of it is stuck. I only count 6 screw holes, but feel like there should be a 7th. I think its by the edge of the board and obscured by the RAM in that pic.

I've found sometimes that the whole board can be held in place cause of the I/o shield. If you tilt the far side up a little (A LITTLE LOL) and try to guide it away from the I/O shield before trying to pull it out of the case. It looks like all the screws are out, I think those around the SATA connectors are purely the case showing beneath with no stand offs fitted

Yeah, for some reason I did not know, the motherboard was struggling to go in when I was installing it, I did it with after few attemps.

Did you mean hold the mobo power connector and lift and pull away from the I/O shield? The crew behind the RAM has been removed.
