I had the memory going for the first 10-20 mins, it didn't make much difference

What cooler are you using?

That's about what I'd expect. I think I get to about 65*C in AIDA 64 with a 4.5 GHz overclock and 1.32 V. AIDA 64 isn't the most demanding stress test out there, for what it's worth. You might see more like 60+ in Prime95, but I'd only recommend running that if you have set your vcore manually.

Stressing only the FPU is actually harder than stressing the whole package. You will see higher temperatures for sure. 

FPU only test is more "real world" scenario than the click everything test. At least for me, i get similar temperatures while gaming CPU intensive titles from the FPU only.

It's about a 15ºC delta
