Razer blade 14 in Australia

So I am looking at buying a razer blade 14, but looking at the razer website, they are only selling the full hd model with no touch, in Australia at least.  Does anyone know whether razer is actualy selling the touch enabled model in Australia?

Firstly, why buy a stove? Secondly, the FHD is MILES better than the QHD one.

The reason I want the QHD+ model if for the touch screen, it would be so useful. And also I have not yet made a decision on a laptop, I was just looking at options, do you have any suggestions on a light portable gaming laptop with nvidia gtx 1060 or higher and includes a touch screen?
