Computer wont go to bios.

So, this was a problem I had for a while, My computer goes straight into windows when I turn it on, but when I turn it on and smash delete, nothing happens. My monitor just says "Entering power save mode" and I think that my computer must be in the bios scince when I press the "reset" button it goes straight to windows. If you have any ideas on what might be wrong plz just gimmie your opinions! Thanks!

You may have ultra fast boot enabled. On my motherboard I can download software for Windows where I can click go to BIOS and it will restart and boot into Windows... I am not using that though. Try if you have something similar.
