Get the i7 if you plan on doing things other than gaming and editing and want to keep your CPU for a longer period, if you go for the i5 you might need to upgrade it at some point but you will have a better GPU at the start (however, the 1070 is unfortunately a bit of a waste on 1080p now, its overkill for that resolution in many games). 

 

Also a note on the build, just pay the extra 20 quid and get a 120GB SSD, 32GB is too small to be useful.
