Today's notifications are only displaying date

It is working now, and I am in the process of submitting a bug report so the devs can fix it for next year (and the less obvious aspects of the bug that affect things at other points in the year too).

The notifications from today 01/01/2017 are only displaying the date that they were posted, the posts from 31/12/2016 are showing an hour timer from when they were posted.

An interesting, but probably irrelevant observation about my phone (date wrong with one of the screenshots ("17/8/48970")

Lol, it was a joke... But it did give me a notification. Mine still shows the time on my notifications. Probably because I am still in 2016.

Maybe.. I'm going to try to change my phone's date to see if there's a problem with 2017 or if it's just his phone

You already did without knowing it haha There's definitely something wrong with LTT and 2017.

Please don't tag mods. I read everything posted in this section. 

 

My guess is that it's to do with the server time still being in 2016, so the time zone correction is getting confused. If the problem persists after tomorrow, I will look into it further.

Same thing seems to be going on with topic listings. Hopefully it will disappear when US/CA enter new year.

Still doing it for me where it is 2016 still ,but I'd bet you're right
