What games did you play the most this year?

I did a New Game+ playthrough of The Witcher 3 this year, adding another ~100 hours or so to that. If you mean of games released in 2016, probably XCOM 2 at 164 hours.

I couldn't really get into the games like LoL, DOTA or Overwatch. These sort of games just make me more stressful and the people are just rude.

 

Planetside 2 is a completely different experience because if you lose a fight it's like so what? Yeah you don't get anything for winning, but you can just fall back to the next base and prepare defenses. Planetside 2 is more about the moment-to-moment thrill of the kill as opposed to the competitive games.

 

I really like Rocket League though. Even if I'm bad at it I don't have people raging at me in a chat and it's much less confusing trying to figure out how to be helpful to the team plus the matches aren't nearly as long.

Rocket League - It's just so much fun for me, always keep coming back to it. The content updates have certainly helped that as well. 

 

Rainbow Six: Siege - It has a lot of depth which keeps me coming back to it. Good to see it being supported for at least another year. 

 

Don't Starve - The Shipwrecked expansion came out this year so that's kept me sinking more time into it.
