Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

Shit, looks like Im getting that monitor then, thanks. Now, what do you think of me, a 14 year old, making my dreams come true with some cheap-ass parents to boot.
