Will a FCLGA1150 CPU work in a LGA1150 motherboard?

I beleive so,  Only difference between LGA and FCLGA is the manufacturing process, so it should work, but it would depend on your motherboard.

I'm looking to pick up a cheap core i5 to upgrade from my i3 4170. I see on Ebay there is a core i5 4570 and the chipsocket is FCLGA1150

Will this work in my lga1150 motherboard?

FCLGA and LGA are the same thing, FCLGA is just the full name for it.
