i was browsing some monitors when this happened

assuming this is the Material design youtube. only works in incognito mode for some reason

well Im never signed out. so i wouldn't know what the regular homepage looks like.

yeah when you sign in the theme disappears. but i have signed out plenty of times before via incognito mode and this theme never shows up.
