ASUS MemoryInfo not working on 480

Im trying to test my 480 as Im 90% sure its an 8GB card but I want to double check before I flash it. I was trying to use MemoryInfo but after downloading it twice it still didnt work. Nothing appeared in the boxes except the default like bit and MB. What should I do? thanks!

PC specs: i7 4770s, Zotac GTX 1070 Mini, 16GB DDR3L 1600MHz (2x8GB, cheap Crucial RAM), Crucial BX500 480GB , 2x WD Blue 1TB, Seagate Barracuda 1TB, Windows 7

Laptop Specs: i5 5350U, Intel HD something, 8GB (probably DDR3 idk), 128GB Samsung(?) SSD, MacOS whatever the newest one is

It will show 4GB. Im looking for the chip codes which will show if I have 1GB chips as I believe I do

You tried looking up the order info from when you purchased the card?

You could also use Aida64. Example pic below

What do you mean? And the reason I suspect this is because they put 4GB stickers on my box :P And everyone says that means you have an 8GB card
