Does the Radeon HD 7770 Support OpenGL 4.3?

I am looking at the specifications sheet for the card: http://www.amd.com/en-us/products/graphics/desktop/7000/7700 and it says 4.2 is supported, but I need to know if it supports OpenGL 4.3 so that I can decide whether to use Dolphin 5.0 or an older version of Dolphin to emulate certain games.

It supports OpenGL 4.5 but I think AMD just hasnt updated the product page (OpenGL4.2 is what was supported on release).
