Is this enough radiator(s) ?

Hello everyone, I am considering water-cooled laptop project and i would like to know if my current radiator design is enough.

I have four bare radiators which you can look at here and i will have a single 6mm diameter copper pass through all three holes in an S like fashion. I also have 2 powerful centrifugal fans all the specs you can find here. The pump i am using moves 1 (0.26 gallon) liter per minute. I am planning to use copper tubing to move water between components. There will be 1 server fan blowing air through 2 radiators. The water flow configuration i have planned is CPU-radiator-pump-gpu-radiator- and then back to the CPU.  The CPU i am using is a i7-3930k which i plan to overclock and a Fury X which i will not overclock. My big question is if my radiator set up will be able to cool these components below 80 degrees Celsius. If you would like to see a CAD model or drawing of the Radiator setup just ask :-) . Thanks!!

Ok then that's way to large. Height is my only real restraint.
