Or more specifically, that nationalization (state ownership and management) is still capitalism, just by the state and not the people.

We have had state-capitalism, but not Communism as originally set forth, because the last step (that of the government dissolving) has never happened.  Just because you call the USSR Communist (or it claims to be) doesn't make it communist.  If that were the case, I can call you a communist and thereby make it true.  You do seem pretty keen on democracy, which is actually by definition a socialist idea as it is the destruction of the bourgeois state...Or to use one of Mises's tactics; I really would like to meet this Mr. Consumer which you claim is going to be making all the economic decisions for us.  Maybe you could introduce me to him sometime?

But facts don't work like that.  I can call the clear daytime sky green all I want, but that in no way affects how blue it is.  Calling a Terrorist a Muslim does not make them a  Muslim.  Calling Obama a Muslim doesn't make him one.  Him or Trump claiming to be a Christian doesn't make either of them so.

Words can convey facts, but the ONLY time they create facts is when the fact is that someone used words.

Going by evidence is not wrong.

By principle, we may have not had "Real Communism" ever, but by practice we have.
Every single communist takeover has worked and ended the exact same way.

If you align yourself with a movement, you may find that the movement and definition is no longer what you thought and that you become the minority. At that point you are the one in the wrong because collectivist thought, like what Marxists preach, dictate that the group (majority) is right and you (individual) are wrong.

We need evidence for concepts to be proven right, not wrong. We don't accept the idea that there's a giant spaceman in a beanbag chair watching over us in the sky, eating a bag of cheetos while naked, telling us we shouldn't touch ourselves without evidence that it's true.
And so far all the evidence points against Communism's favor; i'm not against the idea that i could be wrong (like you said, any group could identify as something and act differently; that's very reasonable in Communism's case), i'm against the idea that we are equally wrong when i have something to show for it and you don't.

What do they even define as  a new computer? Does it have to be from Best Buy? If you drop in a new CPU are they going to try and track you down? It seems like it would be very hard to enforce.

New, probably means new IP address. So every time you jump on TOR, you probably are registered as a new PC. Unless the IP you are being recognized as has been on the site previously.

IP based system would mean anyone on behind a NAT with an approved IP would get porn access.  The wording of the law says the $20 charge only lifts the ban on one device, so this would have to be hardware or OS based
