i have a BenQ GW2765 which is an IPS 1440p 60hz monitor and it's really nice monitor. not exactly gaming-oriented but gaming on it is very nice.

if you want a TN 1440p 144hz g-sync monitor there is the Dell S2417DG and its 27-inch counterpart which costs a few hundred more

60hz is fine, and I don't need g-sync, but I would like a low response time. 4ms at most

that monitor is TN, so if you want IPS you should look at the PB278Q. it's more expensive though

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00AVYNS7M/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 this is my current monitor that will become a second monitor, And it has TN, and I quit like the faster response time compared to an ips. But I can't find a 1440p 140hz monitor with under 4ms response time for $300.

and it rather go cheaper $300 with this monitor https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01EN3Z7QQ/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pd_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=3V3EU5K1CEPHO&coliid=I1AAX91D9HJQFM&th=1

than go more drastically more expensive just for 140hz instead of 75hz.
