What would be the best CPU upgrade from here?

The only thing better would be an intel i5 / i7.

 

If you go for a haswell i5 you can keep your ddr3 ram, kabylake/skylake/amd's zen all need ddr4.

Hi guys, 

i am thinking of upgrading my CPU and most likely my motherboard along with it, but i am rather stuck on where i should go interms of upgrades. Currently i have a AMD athlon X4 880K, msi GTX960, 1x8GB kingston hyperx fury RAM and a 430W powersupply. i am looking for the best upgrades possible under the £150 price mark for both the CPU and motherboard combined. i am able to stretch the budget to £200 but a lower price would be welcome.
