As the title suggests, how do I move files to another hard drive? I'm going to reset windows, but I want to keep my files during the transfer, is this possible?

Just copy paste the folders that you have your files in...?

It might be an option, can't remember.. but anyways it's always suggested and good practice to make copies of files/folders you want to keep or make a backup first anyway before resetting, if you want to keep your files that is. They do usually have a disclaimer I believe that basically they are not responsible for the loss of any data and it;s up to the user to make sure they have copies/backups of things.
