so i found a deal on an i5 4690k and a motherboard, is it good?

so on the facebook market thing i found someone selling an i5 4690k and a z97 PC mate motherboard for $240, is that a good deal? right now im on an AMD fx 8350 and im looking to switch to intel.

Yeah it sounds like a good deal.

And I don't know why is there so much drama if you OC the chip.

I told my buyer exactly how far I pushed my CPU, and he didn't mind at all.

I'm conflicted... It certainly isn't a ripoff, but it is what I'd consider a good deal for new, and a meh one for used hardware (more concerned about the mobo than the cpu).
