Need a cheap monitor with hdmi and 1080p. Any recommendations

Most 1080p IPS 23" monitor would be good. It will cost about $90-120. I wouldn't go any cheaper than that.

Check your local craigslist, you can find monitors really cheap there (if the country you live in has craigslist)

AOC I2367F is just above $100 depending on where you go and it's a good 1080p IPS monitor if you don't want to pay much.

Check your local listings and used stores. I picked up a 27 inch dell monitor at my local salvation army for 9$. It has hdmi and display port and works great.
