first build

https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/sBhVm8  this is my first ever pc build. i would like to know if i could make any thing better for around the same price. it needs to be ddr3 as i already have the ram as i have been given it any don't wont to by a new one. i would also like to stick to a nvidia gpu thats why i dont go for the the rx 480. thanks for the help.

Add an SSD and if you haven't already bought Windows then just get a key from kinguin for cheaper. And you don't need a optical drive.

Looks good overall.

But no ssd? You should defenetly add atleast a 120gb one

For all you know he could need an optical drive.

Adding an SSD would be good, bit weird you didn't put one in when its a £1k build.

you are paying a bit too much for the ram and that case is not so good

also if you tell me the ram is beautiful then no. your case has no side panel to look at it

other than that looks fine

I'm pretty sure you won't have the much benefit to an i5 in gaming.

Even with overclocking while paying more.

and yes it's gonna last a long time, just pay more for a graphics card.
