There's your problem. The destination drive is too small for the source drive. 

For it to work, your ssd has to be 1tb or larger. Need to do a clean install on the ssd. And every single program, games, etc.

Absolutely correct I had this issue when I tried to clone from HDD to SSD. It's much better to start from scratch. That way MBR and everything else doesn't get confused. Fresh I stall won't take that long anyways.
