Both have VESA 100 and it is less than the max size, will work fine.

yeah i just dont know much about displays other than refresh rates n res but i did get recommended the company

VESA is basically the standard for wall and stand mounts, saves you from having to buy a certain stand for a certain monitor, it's basically just the distance between the screw holes you screw in.

It's a great deskmount btw, i have one gonna buy a second one soon for my other non mounted screen. Oh and it will fit on that monitor.
