New motherboard, high ping low down and up

I just installed my msi krait z170a gaming 3x, 6700k and 16gb 3200mhz ddr4 into my system. I am experiencing huge ping spikes and latency in games. My down and up are pretty low too!

i believe so, i installed the drivers off of the msi websites for my mobo

it was running fine before i put the new mobo, cpu and ram

did you try 32bit drivers, or reinstall the drivers from a different website?

i def have 64bit windows, what other sites? one things i have noticed is the Ethernet cable doesnt clip in to the mobo properly

32bit drivers(x86) will always work with 64bit windows. 

 

and it doesn't clip in properly at all?

the 32bit driver download just downloads the same file as the 64bit

try installing realtek ethernet drivers instead, if that doesn't work I'm not sure, assuming you're installing them correctly.

i feel like i may have to buy a separate Ethernet adapter
