Dualshock 4 on PS2

Dadolini

IF you have a modded PS2, OPL allows you to use PS4 and PS3 controllers on the console. This thread is supper old but hey I answered the question lol.
PS2 can read the PS4 controller, it just never had the ability to understand the inputs and the USB wasn't meant to be used as a controller slot. OPL simply emulates the controller and registers it as P1 or P2
One catch though: You can't play discs on OPL. It's strictly made to load games off of a flash drive, HDD or network shared

That's a PS2 controller port to USB. Not USB to PS2 controller port. PS4 controllers use USB to connect to a device.

EDIT: Okay it's really BT, but they still use USB to interface to a device.

It is USB if you selected to use USB when wireless Controller is connected via USB.

And all third party Controllers use USB exclusively. For whatever reason there are (almost) no 3rd Party Wireless PS4 Controllers.
