This one is quite popular on PCPartPicker

Fits a bunch of sockets, looks pretty, and is a very nice cooler. Comes with thermal paste.

what is the diffrence blw 212 Evo and 212X

Evo is taller but less expensive. As long as your PC works with it, use the EVO.

 This or the Cryorig H7

PSU Tier List LTT Gender Survey

LTT's self-appointed memelord

Always up for a game of chess

See @STRMfrmXMN @Energycore or @Starelementpoke for PSU needs

See @deXxterlab97 for blue fetishes (if that's your thing)

See @ShadowTechXTS for cats

@Implosivetech's got you covered for all your graphic design needs

And lastly, never put a CX green series PSU in a high end build https://youtu.be/Oybz5Q-If9M?t=7

Looks a little sketchy, try looking for one by a well-known brand, like cooler master or corsair. Read reviews and make sure there are at least 100. Also try site like newegg.com for shopping. PCPartPicker is also a very good too for shopping.

I would not recommend any of the top down coolers that you listed. I would recommend the Antec or the Deepcool. You don't need too much for a non-overclockable processor.

Intel Xeon 1650 V0 (4.4GHz @1.4V), ASRock X79 Extreme6, 32GB of HyperX 1866, x2 XFX GTR RX 480 (@ 1370 MHz), Silverstone Redline (black) RL05BB-W, Crucial MX500 500GB SSD, Seagate Barracuda 500GB 7200RPM, WD AV-25 1TB 2.5" HDD, Seagate 2TB SSHD, SeaSonic Focus Plus Gold 850, x3 Acer H236HL, be quiet! ^ Ditto.

If you're getting coil whine, I don't see how replacing your cooler is going to help.

No, they're the same height. The 212x just has a slightly better fan.
