Looking for a new mouse

wayland64

I need a new mouse and I'm not sure what to get. A few things to get out of the way, price is not an issue I'm willing to spend $100 USD on a mouse if it is worth it. I'm right handed and mainly play fps and rts games. I have used a couple if mice over the years. Razer Naga molten, Razer ourobouros, and Logitech MX master. My favorite being the Naga. any suggestions would be great.

If you can get used to the extra buttons, which you will, the G502 is one of the best that I can recommend.

Since I see that you're an RTS player, you may appreciate the added control that the G502 can offer through its macros and DPI switch. For most RTS, I make the large thumb button "home base" and use the other buttons for quick creation of units for various buildings, such as forward macro going to the barracks and creating five militia.

One of these posts is not like the other.

How would you like to proceed?

A) Burn the heretic

B) Respect their decision

C) Both? Which one first?

I would recommend Logitech G502 or G602. I would stay away from the Naga. I have friends that have used those. Aparently, the newer ones cannot handle all of the clicking that FPS tend to put their mice through. They've worn out within a year or so. I'd go Logitech all the way.

yep, i can confirm that - a friend had the first model naga (blue light) and managed to wear it out, then replaced it with the 2014 (green light) model wich still works but who knows how long?

wasn't the naga the one mouse razer was specificly advertising the massive amount of clicks it can take ?

me and my family/friends had a lot of razer mice and some models seem to wear out faster than others - my trusty old copperhead and the original deathadder i have are both still going strong while that naga mentioned above as well as my brothers diamondback 3g and a krait did wear out relatively fast.

but logitech also isn't all golden - had some broken logitech mice too.

i guess the best thing to do is check reviews to know wich models to avoid
