Get Z170 motherboard with that CPU if yo uwant to overclock. If you don't want to overclock then stay with your motherboard and get i5 6500 because that's the most worth combination. Also GTX 960 is not worth to buy imo.

Get a RX 470 or a 1050 Ti if you can't afford it, the 960 isn't worth it at that this time.

If you want to reply back to me or someone else USE THE QUOTE BUTTON!

Chances are that PSU is crap. Get a Corsair CX450M instead.

Get an i5 6500 and the cheapest motherboard with all the features you want.

Get a RX 470 instead of the GTX 960.

It depends on where you live. Where are you from? I cannot help now, but I think @Castdeath97 is trustworthy.

Can always upgrade to better CPU with that motherboard if you choose, but a good GPU is the key to making your gaming rig last a long time. Also, if you want you could switch out for a stronger CPU and get an RX 480, which you can always grab a second one later on and run Crossfire.

Also the RM 550 is at the same price and better, so get that instead of the CX.

edit:

+Might want another SSD, the BX200 can be a hit or miss.

This is another option, you can always grab another RX 480 and run crossfire and then this rig would be a complete beast! Also, I figured I'd let you pick out your own CPU cooler because that is mostly personal preference.

Can be a pain when it comes frame times in some games and not supported at all with others.

Not really asking your opinion, giving him options. I gave him an Nvidia option, and this is AMD's best card right now.
