So based on past experiences who do you guys think has the best customer/ tech support for hard ware software etc?

Never had to RMA much, but BeQuiet did an awesome Job with a PSU. Was around 10 Years ago tho. They send me a new one before i had to send back the old.

EDIT: but it did take them 14 months to process a 20$ MIR.

Amazon has amazing support, I got a full refund on a monitor I had for 1 year and 11 months since the VESA mount collapsed. No arguing I just told them it was broke and they gave a full refund straight away and organised the pick up of the broken one.

 

Blizzard are the gold standard for Software, their customer support is amazing too. Any problem and a live chat usually fixes it instantly.

Apple has the best.  (Waiting for every hater to come out and try to lynch me cause I dare said the 'A' word)


But yeah, Microsoft is shit, Asus is okay, Dell isn't that great with phone support (but their online chat is good), and I don't ever want to deal with Samsung again.

I haven't had to deal with customer support much. Sapphire was pretty good about replacing a fan for my RX 480. Although the best customer support I've ever had was Apple, without a doubt.

Other: Added 3x Noctua NF-F12 intake, 2x Noctua NF-A8 exhaust, Inatek 5 port USB 3.0 expansion card with usb 3.0 front panel header

Details: 12GB ram, GTX 1080, USB card passed through to windows 10 VM. VM's OS drive is the SATA SSD. Rest of resources are for Plex, Duplicati, Spaghettidetective, Nextcloud, and game servers.
