It's not something that's officially supported by Microsoft and many of them come with custom fonts and change the system defaults.  If this process wasn't fully undone cleanly, it could manifest like this.

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.

Oh, we're talking about those. I thought you meant the built-in Windows set-ups (font folder and themes).
