Font on the forums looks weird

@Ryan_Vickers Mentioned this and I haven't really noticed this until now but the font looks a little weird for me, it's only on here that it looks this way but he thought it looked weird.

Here's what it looks like on my machine, for comparison.  Afiak, this is normal:

 

Notice how in his, the letters are anti-aliased differently and even have a different shape.  some even have a randomly different height, like the "w" in his name.

Maybe I'm just dumb but those first two images look the exact same to me. Either way I would try switching browsers. Also, the forum has a dark mode!? How have I never known about this and where do I turn it on?

It's at the bottom under themes.

 

It looks the same on Edge, I'll see what it looks like on my Macbook.

Yeah, it's really clear on the 9 in 490.
