I have a 1000 euro and i need a mini itx that can play arma 3 dayz bf1 new call of dutys i want some like a gtx 1070 can someone pls help

1-Whereabouts in the EU are you?

Need more info. Is this for the whole pc? or do you have windows, peripherals, monitor, power supply etc?
