Is there a laptop with this specs under 1800 Euro?

I've upgraded my 900p display to a 1080p one, the i3 to an i7, the HDD to an SSD, and the RAM to 16GB. I plan on upgrading the GPU as well.

Yup, but don´t forget the price limit. 1800 €.

Upgrading in that page to 1070 makes the bill over 2000 €. XD.

So wait... there's a 15*C temp discrepancy between the coolest core and the hottest one? Did I read that right? xD

That's retarded. The biggest core differential between my CPU cores is a max of like... 5-6 degrees, which I think is normal, but mine is a completely different laptop model.
