I've got a bit of work to do on the GPU overclock, as this is what MSI Afterburner's OC scanner spit out after I maxed power limit to 107% and put the memory clock +1000. There's definitely more there. Setting fan speed to 100% should net you some easy points.

Now that you mention it, 100% fan speed seems pretty obvious. Not sure why I didn't think of it!

 

After some testing this is what I got to work: Manually set +140MHz to the Core Clock and +1200MHz Memory Clock, Power limit still maxed at 107.

It says 3400 MHz actual, but my CPU is actually locked at 4.2 GHz

I am going to be bridging the shunt resisters soon cause the card is only ever shows Pwr to be limiting factor.

What are your system specs?

 

Including the PSU make and model.

I've used both. I prefer afterburner but ok.

 

I have the power limited as you can see. That's probably why the card isn't boosting. If I go over 1 volt it bombs out. 

 

Full custom loop with 2 360rads. That's why the temp is low.

How do you have the GPU plugged into the PSU?

 

Are you using 2 separate cables?
