What do you mean by MXM modules? Like Geforce GTX 980M, or like GTX 680MX

Any mobile GPU that is upgradable or dedicated in a laptop with have a MXM module.

Your spreadsheet is soo important lol. I'm already on many other spreedsheets, I really don't care much about yours lol

the spreadsheet is for reference so that other people can see if there pc is performing as it should and also some people have a bit of competition. the second screen shot you posted using the correct setting (Extreme HD) is way too high for the config of your system. i don't think any amount of optimisation could get you that kind of score.

:D you are very good at spreadsheet!

i would hope so.

Idk why I'm excited for the 580, then again fermi... I personally would try more voltage on my card, but it already hates passing 58C with just 1.25v... At 57C it is pissy enough. But 56C, it is happy... Love how this is the only reason why I want winter to come. :P

Its a shame that I can't make use of the PCIe gen 1 x16 dock slot on my Tecra M5, and that the Quadro NVS 110M can't SLI or allow another dGPU to power the screen.

Thats gonna be a tough call since the 290x is a Lighting card and the 780 is a Classified card so they will be evenly matched. I think in the end though the 290x will pull slightly ahead in 3DMark but in valley the 780 will be the faster card.

Both the 290x is a Sponsor supplied card and the 780 I'm buying, once I get LN2 they will be killed along with what ever other GPU's I have lying around.
