Ok so I HAD to try and get it over 6,000 so here is my update lol. 

 

CPU: Intel i7 5930K @ 4.6GHZ
GPU: 2x SLI EVGA 980 ACX 2.0 GPU Clock: 1354 (1530 Boost) Mem. Clock: 2020
Average FPS: 144

the speeds in valley are wrong btw. gpuz is correct :)

 

Ah okay :P Broke 5500 now. +100 GPU offset and +600 Memory offset became unstable. :/

Ah okay :P Broke 5500 now. +100 GPU offset and +600 Memory offset became unstable. :/

You look like you need a custom BIOS to squeeze some more out of those cards. Mostly because I think your hitting a TDP wall which has been very common with Kepler cards when you start OCing the memory.

Those SLI Titan X scores are disappointing.. id assume they would be much higher.  or am i missing something.

They are on air with a 5960x, Maxwell doesn't do well with Valley, Heaven will show the massive gains between the 980 and Titan X because of the color compression algorithm that Maxwell uses to make it faster.

Hi, I just want to know if my card is underperformed.

Because I can't find anyone that uses hardware like mine in the database.

My PowerColor R9 280X seems horrible at overclock. This is in stock. (1030/1500) and can't push further.

 

Maybe It's just bottlenecked? or Should I RMA the card? Any suggestions?

BTW I only have 1366x768 monitor :lol:

try using sapphire trixx, bumping up voltage and power limit. 

 

I have a powercolor 7950 that would not overclock at all until I edited the bios and gave it 50% power limit, and pushed voltage up a bit. then it would do 1175mhz just fine.

Can you share the settings? My card always crash if i push beyond 1070mhz

would be different with each card. some cards need more voltage, some need a higher power limit. trial and error.
