If I can keep temps down ,I think I could get close .stuff starts to get weird once the card is in the 80s

Max out the fan speed. Cooler core = more boost! more power!

Ok Jumper, I disabled my SLI 980 and ran the card that had a 73.6 ASIC score. I could have used the card that had the 76.6 ASIC score but I am too lazy right now. Kept it at my usual 4.7 GHz but maybe when I have time this weekend, I will pump it up to 4.9 GHz and swap the cards out.

Reached a score of 3638 on a base model EVGA 980 ACX 2.0. Not bad considering this is the cheapest model 980

Still using the stock bios but maybe later on down the road, I may reflash the bios so I can bump up the voltage just a tad bit because I know it is capable of so much more.

I am sure that the KPE will easily beat my score once it is tuned in.

Surprised I have not been knocked down from the number two spot yet.

someone with some nice clocked titan blacks needs to give it a go. i haven't seen any titan blacks, they are all normal titans on the sheet.

they say its 2000w...... he had the 1300w version pulling 1600w for a full ln2 session and it was fine. you could always get 2 of these :)

Also K|NGP|N has a new bios arriving soon. Going to flash it over the OC profile. Even he has teething issues with his.

Not sure since there hasn't been to many driver updates since Maxwell was launched.

If I don't see you at least 2nd on the single card list, then you gotta go balls to the wall with LN2

Card can handle 1.3V on air so i put that in along with a 1575MHz boost and reboot when loading fire strike. Was going to go for 1600MHz firestrike to see how that goes.

Well that's a shame. I guess try some older drivers and see if that helps, didn't really for my 760 but it did make things a little more stable outside of Valley

I'll have to give that one a go, don't think I tried that far back. Just a shame I can't push any more voltage else I could go faster, probably just gonna volt mod and power mod it when I get a new GPU and see how far I can go before it pops
