Unigine Valley Benchmark Scores Thread + SUPERPOSITION ***Over 1000 Submissions!***

Jumper118

OK, got everyone that has submitted (with GPUz) added to the scoreboard. If anyone notices any errors please let me know and I'll fix it.

Like I mentioned earlier, if you'd like your clockspeeds documented accurately I need a screenshot of the sensors tab in GPUz after the GPU has been under load. Or you can just say the clocks in your post, either is fine.

3770K@ 4.8Ghz / MSI GTX970 4G @ 1528c/4001m / 16gb 2133Mhz Veng'Pro / Asus Z68 Gene-z Gen3
1080 High Preset - 6455
1080 Extreme Preset - 2475 (submission for ranking)

The 970s 3.5gb ram bs really starts to show this cards problems once it hits around 3.6gb ram usage :( the framerate tanks.

So did some digging around, tweaking and run optimizing and found something strange.

If you have the test and hit escape on scene 2 (glowing orange number tubes), then re-run the test straight away the test will result in a slightly higher average fps score. This is something the other Unigine test have done in the past and has something to do with shader loading times on fresh runs. where a "long" 2d break in between runs has occurred and shaders are unloaded/reloaded onto the GPU.

3x 1 pass = 17.21 avg, 19.08 max, 13.27 min fps.
3x 2 pass = 18.51 avg, 21.43 max, 14.85 min fps.

A end score difference of 2416 vs 2475

Man I've got some updating to do on the scoreboard. Seeing lots of nice scores guys. Will be adding all the recent score when I get home tonight.

Also, as mentioned before, the sensors tab on GPUz is much preferred if you want your clocks to be documented correctly. Or you can just say what you were running at in your post. No offsets though, only actual values. Offsets mean nothing.

where do you have a scoreboard? :)

Score was 362 for 768p on lowest preset. The PC locked up seconds after running the benchmark. Average FPS was 2.7FPS.

I will redo the benchmark with proof once I get the PC not to lock up.

Was able to run the benchmark at lowest res and lowest settings...

Not bad for a sub 300$ laptop.

i dont know why the GPU z just showes a 1400 maximum memory clock on the first screenshot.. so on the 4k screenshot i put in the MSI afterburner monitoring list.

I've beaten my own record. The OC settings are the same as last time but I put the fans up to 100% this time and it allowed me to get a stable 2100MHz.

Looking at the results, happy my tri-x 290x @1100/1500 holding pretty strong and chilly, even with i3 instead of dead i5B|

btw, kinda funny how in 8k I have higher score than fury cards:P

This is it, all she wrote.

1493MHz

600+ on the VRAM (thanks Samsung)

Anything more though and she's not stable.

Dude you still got like 250 more than I.

I wonder why the difference is that big. At least in benchmarks it looks like a GTX 980 Ti can beat a GTX 1070 :)

I'm wondering the same. You should try the VR test, you can use it if you have a headset. Brutal, makes 1080p Extreme look like nothing LOL

I own a reference card. Since you have SAMSUNG memory on that card, I assume you don't have a reference card. Macbe this really makes a big difference for the GTX 980 Ti after all.

Nope, reference. Well, reference PCB and a Hybrid cooler installed. Just got lucky.

Looks like I got the highest AMD score by a longshot (until someone flexes with a Fury X), even faster than the 980. Liquid cooled (Kraken G10 + Kraken X41) 390x if y'all wondering.

No OC on CPU, or GPU

Next will be to delve into the dark and forbidding world of overclocking to see what this system is really capable of.

Yup I've done it again I've beaten my previous record, all OC settings are the same however I added 70% more voltage and had the fans set to 100% which got me 2113MHz.

Interesting. Did the 1080p Extreme preset change since the beta? Mostly concerned with this one as it's where everyone has been submitting scores and I'd hate to have to scrap it if they push an update to the bench that changes it.

Super happy with my Titan Xp too. I can finally push 60+ fps on 3440x1440 in pretty much every game and I get fast sync :D

yes it did change , the 1080p extreme  preset was the 4k optimized in the beta , there was an ultra which i assume was the true 1080p preset , 4k medium  and 8k low , all of which were more taxing on gpu and created a lower score

Now that's quite a score... I take it there is SLI support now? Or did you use AFR to get them working together?

Also, 1637 on those 980 TI's...

using nvidia inspector profile to force sli , native support due soon , getting 100% usage on both cards for the bench , and yes took long time to get these two together , broke 43k graphics score in firestrike
