Thermals will be much better, but he won't get much more out of them in terms of OC I believe or at least that is what GamersNexus went through.

here is what is looks like. (from FB page) and I asked EK and they said it will work on a 470 also.

Yup, I saw it. I might save up for a custom loop and use those.

You don't need one to run the benchmark.

Wonky is no good to us unless @Masada02 wants to create a new category.  :P

After some farting around, I got it to work. Here are the results. @done12many2 @Masada02

I've got these babies running at 1360Mhz and the memory at 2200mhz or 8800mhz effectiv. BTW I noticed you have my cards listed as 4GB which is incorrect and I haven't got a clue why Unigine says that. They are very much 8GB models.

im going to work on my 1080p score. I don't know why, but my gpu usage is only around 80% on valley.

Im aiming for third. id like to be up there while I can. When the 1080s become more mainstream, I doubt I could keep it up.

What's the best way to recover from a frozen display? I'm trying to eek out what I can, but I hate doing hard reboots when it freezes.

Is there another way besides holding the power button down?

Your CPU speed is what is holding you back at 1080p. Set your power state to maximum performance and OC it farther than your everyday setup if you haven't already.

You should see a sizable immediate increase with the power states and just as potentially even more if with an OC.

Alrighty. This is my single card pass @ 1080P. I tried 1395-1405Mhz but the driver would crash.

Core: 1390Mhz @ 1125Mv

Mem: 2250 @ 1100Mv

I'm liking those frequencies. Also, are you using the driver tweaks when you do the runs? Or are you running unmodified driver settings? If you haven't modified the driver settings, go to the first post in this thread and change your settings for Valley.exe accordingly. I've found that forcing "Optimize 1x1" in the Crossfire mode yields better Crossfire results as well.
