How to remove fps counter

NZXT CAM settings. In the options, there will be a choice to disable the fps counter 

 

There is also a keyboard shortcut that hides it, which will keep it measuring your FPS without showing it.

Looks like its from CAM. I think the default is Shift+O, look in your NZXT CAM settings

its not on by defualt meaning you turned it on IIRC
