How to fix "confetti effect" on obs stream

I'm stream mostly fps game like gta v and overwatch but always get the confetti effect on stream while using obs on twitch. The setting i'm using are 2500 bitrate, output 1280x720, 30 fps and the version of obs is studio.

 

Download speed: 177741 kbps

Upload speed:23866kbps

Processor:Intel core i7-6700k

RAM: 16gb

Gpu: nividia GeForce 770

OS: windows 10

If your GPU is overclocked, put it back to stock.
