Samsung S6 wont charge

Rotterdams

Hi all,

My GF phone wont charge. She didnt drop it, nothing happened to it really.

We tried different cables and different charges aswel. Tried USB to laptop.

When on charge the phone goes on but says 0% battery and doesnt show the charging icon. After a few seconds it turns off.

I googled alot but I dont see anything. Linus forum is filled with pro's so help me out.

I guess we have to return the phone we have warranty but she will be phoneless for like 2 weeks atleast. Wireless charging is a workaround says google.

On a more serious note, have you tried using different cables?

Did the pins inside the charger got bent?
I had a similar issue with my S3. The charging port was damaged and I had to bend the cable in order to charge the thing

If you still have warranty, use it.  There is nothing that can be done with the phone, it's a problem with the circuit.

Mystery is the source of all true science.
