1. what's the transfer speed of USB  type C?

2. what's the transfer speed of PCI-E?

3. what's the transfer speed between the RAM and CPU?

USB-C is a port, not a data transfer protocol. USB 3.1 gen 2 is 10 Gb/s

PCIe 16x 3.0 is up to 15.754 GB/s. One lane of 3.0 is 984.6 MB/s. 2.0 is 500 MB/s for one lane, 8 GB/s for 16x

Depends on the RAM clockspeed. For instance, 1600 MHz DDR3 is 12.8 GB/s

All speeds are theoretical maximum bandwidths. Actual throughput will wary on many factors. Raw bandwidth numbers do not dictate real-world performance.

usb type c doesn't really have a set transfer speed, it can be usb 2.0 speeds if the designer chooses so. pci-e depends highly on what revision you're using (pci-e 3 is about 1gb/s effective speed)

Quote

PCI Express 3.0's 8 GT/s bit rate effectively delivers 985 MB/s per lane, practically doubling the lane bandwidth relative to PCI Express 2.0.

transfer speed of ram to cpu depends on your ram and cpu clockspeeds as well as which kind of ram you're using. read this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Memory_bandwidth

USB Type C can be USB 3.1 gen 1 and 2. They have speeds of 5Gbit and 10Gbit respectively.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USB#Overview_2

PCIE depends on the generations and amount of lanes (PCIE gen 3 16X, 8X, PCIE gen 2 16X, etc. etc.)

Either you have to say the specific version and amount of lanes you want to know, or check this chart.:

I don't really know how to find an answer to your last question.
