Team LTT for Seti@home?

Hi, I was wondering whether it would be possible to expand our team efforts to include the Seti@home BOINC Project? I have been doing WUs for a while and would love to now do it for the LTT Team.

AFAIK, LTT just has a BOINC team, not teams for individual projects. You can do SETI@home and contribute points to the LTT BOINC team.

I tried adding the LTT Team for SETI in my account manager (BAM) but could't find it. For Rosetta and GPUGrid it worked however. It seems just not listed for SETI...

Hm searching for "LinusTechTips_Team" still yields no results. however when searching for "Linus" only I was able to choose the team as "LinusTechTips_Team (Canada)". However it still doesn't seem to be able to fetch the team name and when I refresh it gives me the number 144623   instead (which is not the team ID....

Sounds absurd that we wouldn't

have a team for seti of all projects.

This looks like the correct one.

Looks like it should be there, try

searching again maybe?

That is the correct link.

Boy am i late.. @Nicnac Did you ever get

this sorted?

I tried the same thing, making an account

and joining the team through bam,

encountered the same problem, had to

write just Linus and choose the corresponding

team.

I think the team gets a different id for each

separate project. Team id 144623 should be

correct for our team on seti@home from what

i gather.

Try to join the team like you did, do some work

and see if it adds to your total, i think it should

work. Don't know why it doesn't work properly

on BAM though.

Go to our team on BAM, look at the projects,

you can find SETI@home here:

http://boincstats.com/en/stats/-1/team/detail/94311853/projectList

Click on it and you will find the team id 144623
