Which one should I pick? BenQ or AOC

Well i would say 

The Bigger The Better

If I'm forced to choose between the two, the Benq one.  It's 24".  The AOC one is only 21.5" and comes with just a VGA and a DVI cable, if you need HDMI you pay a few dollars more. 

But I'd really encourage you to go with a panel that's VA or IPS. Shouldn't be that much extra. Better a 22-23" VA/IPS instead of a 24" TN one.
