Is this PSU any good?

I need a new PSU because I upgraded to an rx 480. I need 500 watts+ but preferably 550 at least. I also want it to be 80+ rated. Please tell me the best budget option that has decent quality. It also has an 8 ping connector. It has to be less than 60 USD, but the cheaper the better.

What do you mean by "budget" please specify a price range

As for that PSU, Yeah. rosewills are generally good power supplies Superflower made, or at least they were.

seasonic G550 is $50 after rebates, get that instead.
