Would like to somehow make this a little cheaper because I am still needing a monitor.

To make it a bit cheaper:

- you could get an i5-6400 instead of the 6500, but I'd say the extra clock speed of the 6500 is worth keeping.

- you could get a cheaper case. Even a used case. It's nice to have a good looking case, but I think overall performance is more important. (ask around in your area, you may find someone with an old case they can give you. If you were near me, I could give you a good CM Centurion 5. :) )

A sieve may not hold water, but it will hold another sieve.

i5-6600, 16Gigs, ITX Corsair 250D, R9 390, 120Gig M.2 boot, 500Gig SATA SSD, no HDD

Agree. I am coming to the realization that won't be able to afford an SSD. So when you set up your PC, create a 250GB partition on the HDD for your OS. That way, when you get one, you can just wipe delete that partition and reallocate it back to rest of the drive instead of wiping the whole 1TB.

Why would I have to deal with the watermark?

because in this build you won't be buying windows 10, in place you will be getting a 6600k and a 480. also 8gb of ram is fine, you can always add more over time.

If this was my build.. This is what I would get

http://pcpartpicker.com/list/XsX4NN

480 is a just little bit overkill for that price and the games you play. I would just put windows 10 on a USB stick and use that instead of the DVD. Don't activate until you can find a good deal online. For example: https://www.g2a.com/?search=Windows 10

LESS than $40!

you can buy a  power supply for really cheap online as well.

Here is a  cx430m for $45

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Corsair-CX-Series-CX430M-430-Watt-430W-Semi-Modular-Power-Supply-/381826991200?hash=item58e6a98460:g:PsAAAOSwNRdYBjhj

If you feel that your build is too loud or hot, just get the Hyper 212 Evo later.

Also, this build doesn't have Wifi, just to keep that in mind. Its always best to go wired, but you can buy PCIE or USB wifi Cards for about $15-20.

I also don't know anything about that case, It just looked pretty good for the price, if you have a better idea, go for it.
